Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalised or custom orders
  • Items showing signs of use or damage

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
