Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Australia: 7–14 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or supplier location.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
